Secure Plates Community Event

Last week at the Westfield Albany Shopping Mall a 'secure plates' security event occurred where the NZ Police, Westfield Mall Security, North Harbour Community Patrols and Business North Harbour turned out to secure car registration number plates on Westfield Mall staff vehicles.

The securing of registration number plates prevents offenders from removing them for the purpose of committing other crime, especially petrol station drive-offs. Fifty cars were completed by the team of volunteers who were pleased to have offered their time in supporting our community from this annoying offence. For more information on the BNH Safer Business initiatives, please click here or email BNH's Crime Prevention Specialist Dave Loader.

Upcoming Workshops & Events

Business North Harbour are delighted to be hosting three of our local politicians, MP's Vanushi Walters, Dr Deborah Russell and Shanan Halbert who will be providing a Government update on the Budget, Digital Boost and transport. This is an exclusive opportunity for BNH members and other interested stakeholders to hear from the parliamentarians and to ask questions that matter for your business. In addition, Evelyn Seewald from The Mind Lab will also be presenting on the Digital Boost programme.
