Here’s hoping for a positive 2022
|
Kia ora tatou,
Welcome back to a new year following what has generally been a classic kiwi summer. We have been fortunate to have seen far greater operational freedom being enjoyed under the Orange Setting of the NZ COVID-19 Protection Framework which was much needed and a welcome relief for many members. Unfortunately, the uncertainty surrounding Omicron and its possible effects along with the ongoing challenges of the supply chain and rising material and fuel costs, are casting a shadow over what for many has been a positive start to 2022.
I sincerely hope that all our members are able to maintain some positive momentum without any setbacks and tightening of restrictions for as long as possible, as we all look to recover from the exceptional challenges of the recent past.
The Team at BNH hope that everyone enjoys a happy, successful and positive 2022.
Ngā mihi mahana,
Kevin O'Leary General Manager, Business North Harbour

Then and now – Rook Reserve
|
After a long winter, locals and Aucklanders are set to enjoy a great new community space with the recent opening of the upgraded Rook Reserve. The new all-purpose playground which includes a multi-use court, hopscotch and four square games will keep little and big kids entertained for hours. Seating around the playground not only provides a place to rest and watch friends and family play but doubles up as a skating or skateboarding facility. People have one more reason to get out of the car onto the new local pathways which connect communities with places of work across State Highway 18 with many more connections currently being built.
